When and where to post: Communicating with your customers through social media channels is one of the online marketing tactics you can’t go without. Half of the Americans spend 40 minutes on Facebook and about 35 minutes on Twitter on a daily basis. Why not embrace social media?

These two social websites can serve as channels for your company’s promotional message. However, consider that your social media pages should be appealing and interesting, otherwise you won’t be able to target a quality audience, no matter how regularly you update.
